Process Automation Specialist
Our client is seeking a Process Automation Specialist, offering a salary of £55,000, to analyse and optimise workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other related technologies. This role combines strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement with technical expertise to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy across key operations.
The Role
- Analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, with a focus on streamlining processes such as document handling, case management, and client interactions.
- Design and build tailored automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other tools to meet operational requirements.
- Deliver end-to-end automation solutions, ensuring readiness for deployment across relevant teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, aligning automation solutions with organisational goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation solutions, including process maps and user guides.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new tools and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions, refining them to address evolving organisational needs.
Skills and Experience Required
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or similar technologies (e.g., PL900, PL600, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate).
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring and coding automation workflows.
- Experience in creating custom connectors and APIs for integration with Power Automate and other systems.
- Knowledge of RPA principles, with a proven track record of streamlining manual tasks through automation.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts applicable to process optimisation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis and automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
