Our Services connect Candidates seeking employment with Clients seeking qualified personnel within the Architectural and Engineering Technology industry. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
- Candidate: An individual seeking employment in the Architectural and Engineering Technology industry through our Services.
- Client: An organisation or individual seeking to hire personnel in the Architectural and Engineering Technology industry through our Services.
- Services: The services provided by us to assist Clients in finding suitable candidates and assist Candidates in finding suitable positions, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placement assistance.
- Placement Fee: The fee payable by a Client for successful placement of a Candidate in a permanent role.
- Temporary Placement: The placement of a Candidate in a temporary or contract role within the Architectural and Engineering Technology industry.

Candidate Services
- We will leverage our expertise in the Architectural and Engineering Technology industry to match your skills and experience with relevant job opportunities.
- We will keep you informed of the progress of your applications and provide feedback where possible.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your resume and applications.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment.

Client Services
- We will work diligently to understand your specific needs and requirements for the desired position.
- We will present pre-screened and qualified candidates who meet your criteria for your consideration.
- You are responsible for conducting interviews and making the final hiring decision.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment, including background checks and offer letters.
- You will provide feedback for all candidates once interviewed.

Fees and Payment
- Fee Structure
- The fee structure for our Services depends on the nature of the recruitment engagement and the exclusivity of the position. We offer two primary fee structures:
- Exclusive Search - Contingency Recruitment:
- Exclusivity: You grant us exclusive rights to find a qualified candidate for your No other recruitment firms will be actively searching for the same candidate for you.
- Fee: We operate on a contingency basis. A Success Fee is payable only upon successful placement of a Candidate in the role. The specific amount of this fee will be outlined in a separate agreement with you.
- Benefits: This option allows you to leverage our expertise and network while minimizing upfront costs. You only pay if we deliver a successful outcome.
- Non-Exclusive Search - Retained Recruitment:
- Exclusivity: You may choose to work with other recruitment firms for the same role. However, we will not be actively searching for potential candidates through other channels.
- Fee: We offer a retained recruitment option for this scenario. This involves an upfront Retainer Fee followed by a Success Fee upon successful placement. The specific amounts of these fees will be outlined in a separate agreement with you.
- Benefits: This option provides you with dedicated focus and resources from our team, ensuring a comprehensive and targeted search even when competition exists.
- General Payment Terms:
- Payment terms are specified in a separate agreement with you and are typically due within a specified timeframe after the invoice date.
- We reserve the right to modify fees at any time, with written notice to you.

Confidentiality
- We maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Clients and Candidates, except as required by law or with your written consent.
- Candidates and Clients agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through our Services to any unauthorised third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including the suitability of any Candidate for a particular position or the success of any placement.
- We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in information provided by Candidates or Clients. However, we strive to ensure the accuracy of all information presented.

Limitation of Liability
- Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid by you for the Services. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Services.

Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate our Services to any Client or Candidate at any time for any reason, with written notice.
- Clients and Candidates may terminate their use of our Services at any time, with written notice.

Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ArchiTech Talent LTD regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. We will notify Clients and Candidates of any material changes to the Terms.
