Transformation Consultant

Remote

£85,000 - £90,000

 

Role Purpose

To support the Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation initiatives with a focus on technology-driven change delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital TPRM and Procurement strategies for clients.
  • Promote and apply best practices in Procurement and TPRM across client engagements.
  • Conduct current state assessments, lead process reviews, and identify areas for improvement, including compliance or regulatory gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives with organizational goals.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage programme or project risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends in the digital procurement space.
  • Contribute to developing best practices, project standards, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and implementation outcomes.
  • Act as a champion for digital transformation.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Practical experience in TPRM, Procurement, Finance, or related fields.
  • Demonstrable experience working with ERP (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle), TPRM (e.g., ProcessUnity, Certa, Venminder, One Trust, Prevalent), or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues methodically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing presentations.
  • Comfortable engaging with both client and supplier representatives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Desirable Skills

  • Experience handling large data volumes, with proficiency in spreadsheets, data manipulation, and tools like MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerBI.
  • Programme or Project Management experience within complex organizations, including relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, CSM).
  • Qualifications in process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Professional experience in client-facing consultancy roles, with an emphasis on software implementation or information technology.


Additional Information

This is a fully remote role, offering a competitive salary between £85,000 - £90,000.
